Mr. Steele, My Husband and myself were highly impressed with your Technician Cory, such a pleasant person and so mannerly. It sure does make a difference when workers bend backwards to help and explain everything to us. We had problems with our Trane Air conditioning and called the office yesterday and within a short time Cory was at our door and discovered the module was not working correctly.
