Company History
Established by the Kobie family in 1996 as a branch office of Kobie Kooling, Inc. of Fort Myers, the business was purchased by Ted & Julia Steele in December 2002. A new corporation was formed, and the business began operations under the new name of Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc. Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc., located at 533 Paul Morris Dr in Englewood, Florida, serves customers in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, while Kobie Kooling, Inc. serves Lee and Collier counties.
In June 2025, Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling Inc. was aquired by Bowersox Air Conditioning and Heating. We are proud to to welcome their talented team into our family and are enthusiastic about what the future holds.

You have payment options including most major credit cards, consumer financing and delayed payment plans to those who qualify (including many who tell us their credit is not exactly perfect!), and any applicable manufacturers’ rebates.
