For our customers with our preferred maintenance agreement, we are enhancing your existing maintenance agreement to now include all benefits of our plumbing maintenance at no additional charge. That’s right; you now enjoy all the benefits of your preferred maintenance agreement on your home’s plumbing as well as your home air conditioning AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, for the balance of your existing agreement.
These benefits include: Labor charged at normal rate less 10% discount. Materials or parts not covered by warranty charge at regular rates less 10% discount.
Our once annual plumbing inspection will include:
- Check operation of all stop valves
- Check/adjust all drain levers (as needed)
- Test hot water heater elements
- Check/adjust hot water temperature (if needed)
