Father’s Day is this Sunday, and we’re giving a shout out to the father of modern air conditioning, Willis Haviland Carrier!
In case you’re wondering, Mr. Carrier invented the first ‘Apparatus for Treating Air’ in 1902 to control the temperature and humidity in the hot New York City publishing company where he worked after graduating from Cornell University.
Now, we all enjoy the benefits of his invention. Very cool!
So, what makes your Dad cool?
