Hi Ted, I called Kobie's number at 8:20 this evening and told the operator that our air conditioner had quit working. Within 10 min. your serviceman, Jonathan, called to ask about the problem. About 20 min. later he arrived, and fortunately it was not a major problem. I have the service contract and I must say how completely satisfied I am with the service from your company, and how friendly Jonathan was.I was amazed that we could get service that quick on a August night in Florida.We are sure glad we had this unit installed by Kobie in 2011.
