All of our highly trained technicians are standing by and ready to serve you, with 24/7 emergency support available (never an overtime charge!). We are committed to keeping your home cool and comfortable during this trying time.
The safety of both clients and employees is our priority. We take our role in the community seriously and try to make every effort to ensure our clients are taken care of but also that our technicians are safe as we enter our clients’ homes and businesses.
COVID-19 Policies and Precautions
Our staff is taking precautions to ensure the observation of social distancing and hygienic practices, and we are kindly asking that our clients do the same in order to protect our technicians. These precautions include:
- If a technician, or any member of their household, is sick or not feeling well, they will be asked to stay home and get well. Likewise, we are checking with each customer prior to their appointment to ensure that everyone in their household is feeling well and has not traveled recently. If you are sick or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at (941) 474-3691.
- When our technicians come to your home or business, they will greet you with a friendly smile and a wave instead of shaking your hand. During the appointment, the technician will strive to maintain a distance of 10-12 feet from the client, and we ask our clients to please respect these safe boundaries. The technician will also be happy to meet you outside your home or in the garage whenever it is possible to avoid entering your home.
- Each technician will make use of company-supplied hand sanitizer, face masks, face shields, gloves and booties. They will spray their work area with a disinfectant spray before beginning and after completing the job.
