At Kobie Complete, we recently had the incredible opportunity to work with Luxe Dream Garage in Lakewood Ranch, FL, installing mini-split AC systems in their luxury garages. In total, we installed 68 mini-splits—one in each garage unit, plus an additional three units in their office building.
The Luxe Dream Garage Experience
Luxe Dream Garage isn’t your average parking spot. These garages are more like personal sanctuaries for car enthusiasts, each one designed to be a perfect blend of functionality and style. Called “car condos”, the units include ample space for storage and display of prized automobiles and motorcycles – or even boats and RVs. A stairway leads to a loft area for the owner to relax and survey his or her collection. The back of the garage is equipped with a full bathroom (complete with shower), plus additional space that could be used as a hobby room or as storage for other valuables, like a wine collection.
When Luxe Dream Garage approached us to ensure that every garage stays cool and comfortable year-round, we knew this was a project right up our alley.

Our AC Installation Process
Our team worked meticulously to install each mini-split unit, ensuring that the system not only met but exceeded expectations. We coordinated closely with the Luxe Dream Garage team to minimize any disruptions a prepare each garage to house valuable vehicles in perfect climate-controlled conditions.
In addition to installing the AC systems, we also oversaw the addition of fresh air intake and exhaust systems for optimal air quality. The ventilation system also included hurricane louvers, made to withstand hurricane-force wind and debris.

The result? 65 garages, each equipped with its own high-performance mini split AC system, delivering optimal cooling and energy efficiency. Whether it’s the Florida heat, a rare cold snap, or hurricane conditions, these garages are now ready to provide the ultimate comfort for both the cars and their owners.
