Hello, I want you to know that you have a new customer due to the kind, professional, and knowledgeable help I received from your technician, Cory (sp?).I came home last night after business hours to no air conditioning. I found your business on the internet and called. Cory called me back within minutes and walked me through what turned out to be a rather easy fix, batteries in the thermostat. Of course, I had no idea that the thermostat uses batteries! Cory was patient and waited on the phone as I put the batteries in and reprogrammed the thermostat. He then called back 10 minutes later to make sure my place was cooling down. I appreciated that he worked with me over the phone and I didn't have to pay for an after hour visit.
